05月31日讯 今年3月18日，恒大地产发布公告，称收到证监会行政处罚及市场禁入事先告知书，证监会拟决定恒大地产罚款41.75亿元，对许家印罚款4700万元，并终身禁入证券市场。今日证监会正式发布这一处罚决定。
3月18日证监会的报告中，指出恒大地产涉嫌欺诈发行债券。

恒大地产2020年5月26日发行20恒大02债券，发行规模40亿元；2020年6月5日发行20恒大03债券，发行规模25亿元；2020年9月23日发行20恒大04债券，发行规模40亿元；2020年10月19日发行20恒大05债券，发行规模21亿元；2021年4月 27日发行21恒大01债券，发行规模82亿元。
恒大地产在发行上述债券过程中公告的发行文件中分别引用了存在虚假记载的2019年、2020年年度报告的相关数据，涉嫌欺诈发行。
上述报告显示，恒大地产总计欺诈发行208亿元债券。
